Marlin & Associates, international investment banking and strategic advisory firm, announced that it's client M&O Systems, Inc. (“M&O”), a leading provider of advisor compensation management solutions that help broker-dealers and wealth management firms support advisors and grow their businesses, was acquired by Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: BR), a leading provider of investor communications and technology-driven solutions for broker-dealers, banks, mutual funds and other corporations.
