Hayley Bonham

Collectively, the team has advised on more than 200 information and technology transactions in more than 25 countries around the world. Much of the team has been together since shortly after the firm was founded more than a dozen years ago. Several M&A partners have held global C-level and senior operating roles in relevant industry sectors. This deep operating experience combined with extensive transaction expertise enables Marlin & Associates to provide an unparalleled level of strategic and financial advice to our clients as well as execution capability in nearly every conceivable situation.

Hayley Bonham joined Marlin & Associates in early 2016 as Office Manager. Hayley manages all of the New York City office operations as well as supports HR, payroll, compliance, calendar management and all meeting functions. Prior to joining Marlin & Associates, Hayley worked at Sidley Austin LLP in London as an administrative receptionist supporting an office of more than 200 professionals.

Originally hailing from the United Kingdom, Hayley now lives in Manhattan with her husband and in her spare time enjoys traveling, taking part in kickboxing and spin classes, and exploring New York.
