Paul Friday joined Marlin & Associates in 2003 and has been working on Wall Street for 20 years. He is focused on entrepreneurial technology-based companies and has advised on more than 60 mergers, acquisitions, public and private equity and debt offerings.
Paul's client experience includes advising firms such as Logical Information Machines, Vhayu, Orimos, Netik, Applied Financial Technology, Xcitek, Triple Point Technology, Cameron Systems, Beauchamp Financial Technology, Derivative Solutions, Global Securities Information (GSI), Javelin Technologies, ITXC, Knight Securities, and CyberSource.
Before joining Marlin & Associates in 2003, Paul was recruited into Robertson Stephens highly regarded software group in New York. Prior to that, he worked for PaineWebber (now UBS) helping entrepreneurial technology, media and telecom companies. Paul has gained a deep understanding of the way firms operate and the characteristics of effective management teams and entrepreneurs.
Paul is a registered securities principal and holds series 24, 7, 62 and 63 licenses.
