M&A Partner, Jason Panzer, participated on the panel for ‘Deal-making in the Financial Technology Marketplace: Recent Activity and Future Trends’ discussion with the Association of Fintech Professionals. It was held on May 23rd at the Yale Club in New York City. The panel covered topics such as upcoming trends and themes for 2011, deal drivers, cross border deal activity, strategic buyers’ activity, private equity involvement, and funding for FinTech startups.
