Marlin & Associates Advises Sermo on Significant Investment from Abry Partners

Our client SERMO, Inc. (SERMO), a leading provider of healthcare professional market research services supported by its global social platform for physicians, has received an investment from Abry Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm with $12bn under active management.

Founded in 2005 and headquartered in New York, NY, SERMO has built one of the largest social networks for health care physicians with over 800,000 verified and credentialed healthcare professionals including physicians from 150 countries. SERMO enables doctors to anonymously discuss real-world medicine, review treatment options via a proprietary Drug Ratings platform, collectively solve patient cases, and earn honorarium from surveys.
